From 14th to 16th of Aug. students in scientific class of our school came to Haidian Scientific Education Base for rich and colorful scientific practice in their summer camp activity.
For new students in junior grade one, every thing is so fresh, it can be said that the practice is a big meeting for students in scientific class, all of them spending a rich happy scientific summer camp.

The activity enriched students’ scientific knowledge, broadened their view. Visiting tank museum, students felt the good military arming of PLA, knowing some knowledge of armament, also they watched the video of 50 years anniversary military review, a vivid patriotic education was given to students in tank museum.

On the night of 14th, after listening astronomy knowledge carefully, students were too impatient to wait for astronomy observation with telescope, hurrah was heard now and then when students found the observation target, they communicated their experiences of observation excitedly. Suddenly the astronomy observation station became an ocean of happiness.

On 15th, students inspected Lufeng. At the foot of Lufeng, an erudite expert on agriculture and forest welcomed students, he opened a gate which can not be touched at school. Knowing the ordinary flower and grass along the road were good medicine, students immediately asked him how to drive flies and mosquitoes, they had a new recognize to the familiar grass.

Then students came to ability practice field. Here a training of interesting balance and correspondence exercise was taken, finishing crossing bridge in cooperation smoothly, they deeply understood the meaning of team spirit. Rock-craft was challenging, every student who was brave enough to do it was a focus, a new height gave both the participant and audience deep understanding of the challenge and confidence.   

It was late then, need-fire was burnt , the flaming fire shone upon the smiling faces……
3 days summer camp was ended on 16th, although the activity was short, it was unforgettable ,just as one student wrote in his summarization: unforgettable starriness, unforgettable ability training, unforgettable need-fire party, and unforgettable scientific practice.
